An Easy To Make Easter Brunch
Easter is just around the corner! Thankfully there’s still time to plan a fabulous Easter Brunch Menu!
This year Easter may look a littler different with just your immediate family at home. I’ve put together a delicious and easy-to-make Easter Brunch Menu. Traditionally you find things like sliced ham on your Easter Brunch Menu. However, this year I’ve decided to make an overnight Ham & Cheese Bake. I feel like I’m always scrambling in the morning to get ready for company. This year I wanted a menu that could easily be prepared the night before. Here you’ll find that several of these recipes can easily be made in advance and then cooked in the morning while you finish brunch preparations.

I first designed my Easter Tablescape before planning my brunch menu. You can read my blog post dedicated to creating an Inspiring Easter Tablescape by clicking here.
Next I started creating my menu. I used a mix of my own recipes combined with several overnight recipes from Delish. For this year’s Easter beverage, I used Ferment Brewing Company’s Cucumber Mint Vodka Cooler made with Kombucha.
Easter Brunch Menu:
Fresh Fruit (I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries as shown below)
Avocado Deviled Eggs
A twist on the classic Deviled Eggs Recipe (tip: make the boiled eggs the night before)
Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins
Adapted from Bob’s Red Mill Muffin Recipe, these are a family favorite. They are super easy to make and so yummy!
Delish French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup
This fresh toast recipe took very little time to prepare and it’s sooo good! The edges were crispy and it was a huge hit!
Delish Ham & Cheese Brunch Bake
This recipe is so easy to make! The fresh thyme on top really added a wonderful smell and taste as well.
Cucumber Mint Vodka Cooler
This kombucha cocktail is so refreshing. It can even be made without the alcohol for a non-alcoholic version.
Enjoy!
Hopefully this menu has provided some inspiration for your own Easter Brunch. If you try any of these recipes, I’d love to hear what you think! Comment below and tell me what your favorite Easter Brunch recipes are.
