Decorating With A Cordless Lamp

Rechargeable cordless lamps really do exist!

When we were building our house I really wanted to place outlets on the floors. However, due to budget constraints, it was not something we were able to do. As I started decorating our living room, I realized it was going to be a challenge to put a lamp in the room due to the distance from an outlet. That’s when I decided to start looking online to see if I could find a cordless lamp. Thankfully I came across Modern Lantern and discovered that they offer high quality, rechargeable, cordless lamps!

Finding the right lamp for our modern farmhouse

I decided to reach out to Modern Lantern to learn more about their cordless lamps. These lamps come with a battery and a charger so that you can easily recharge the battery. Each lamp has a battery life of about 20 hours. What also appealed to me about Modern Lantern is that their ceramic lamps are handmade in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Each lamp is handmade and is therefore an individual piece of art.

I ended up selecting the Bartlett Gray Cordless Lamp for our home. The lamp’s neutral color and modern design allow me to move it around my house easily. It compliments my decor throughout the home and makes it easy to change up my decor.

Currently the lamp is sitting on our side table in our family room. This lamp placement provides early morning light as I sit and drink my morning coffee in peace. In the evening this lamp allows my daughter and I to curl up on the couch. We love reading our favorite bedtime stories together as we settle into our bedtime routine.

For those who know me, you know that I am constantly rearranging furniture in my house. I am already looking forward to finding new spots to feature this unique lamp in our home. Perhaps you’ll next see our cordless lamp proudly displayed in our front entryway…

I encourage you to visit Modern Lantern to shop their cordless table lamps and cordless wall sconces.
