- 2 slices Cucumber
- 4 fresh Mint Leaves
- 1.5 oz Lime Pomegranate Mixer* (Recipe Below)
- 1.5 oz Camp 1805 Vodka
- 3 oz Ferment Brewing Company Sencha Kombucha
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Ingredients

- Muddle cucumber slice and mint leaves with 2-3 ice cubes until well macerated
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously in shaker
- Strain over ice in a Collins Glass
- Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf
- ENJOY!
- 4 Cups Lime Juice
- 2 Cups SOM Pomegranate Drinking Vinegar
- 1 Cup Simple Syrup* (recipe below)
- Whisk ingredients together to combine
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- Bring sugar and water to a boil, then turn off stove and cool to room temperature
*You can make a non-alcoholic version of this recipe by omitting the 1.5 oz. of vodka
