Instructions
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
  2. Place all chocolate in a saucepan on the stove top over medium heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Stir until combined and smooth.
  4. Spread fudge evenly into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle peppermint baking chips on top of fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Cut into squares using a long, sharp knife. Store in an air-tight container, at room temperature.
