Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz unsweetened chocolate bars (I used 2 4 ounce unsweetened Bakers Bars)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 tsps pepperment extract
- 1 cup peppermint baking chips

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
- Place all chocolate in a saucepan on the stove top over medium heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Stir until combined and smooth.
- Spread fudge evenly into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle peppermint baking chips on top of fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares using a long, sharp knife. Store in an air-tight container, at room temperature.
